Automotive Cashier / Loaner Administrator

Full-Time Cashier / Loaner Vehicle Administrator Farrish Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram – Fairfax, VA

Compensation: $18–$23 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Farrish CDJR is seeking a full-time professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our exceptional service team in the dual role of Cashier and Loaner Vehicle Administrator. Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet service customers professionally and process all forms of payment accurately
• Administer the loaner vehicle fleet: vehicle check-in/check-out, contract review, damage documentation, fuel maintenance, charging customers for tolls, etc
• Coordinate loaner reservations with Service Advisors
• Answer incoming calls, assist with appointment scheduling, and maintain the customer lounge
• Perform daily reconciliation of cash drawer and credit card batches

Qualifications

• Prior cashier, bank teller, or retail customer service experience strongly preferred
• Automotive dealership experience is advantageous but not required – full training provided
• Exceptional accuracy and trustworthiness in handling cash and high-value vehicles
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficiency with computers (CDK experience a plus)
