• Manage and coach the used car sales team
• Appraise and acquire inventory
• Structure and desk deals
• Drive lead conversion and appointment performance
• Maximize profitability and inventory turn
• Help develop sales staff

• Work closely with finance and leadership teams

• Automotive management experience
