Earn What You’re Worth

• Up to $60 per flat-rate hour
• Production bonus- 45 hours turned equal $4 per hour pay increase for all hours turned!
• 120% warranty pay If your rate is $40/hr. warranty work pays you $48/hr.

What We’re Looking For

• Line Technicians
• Diesel Technicians

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of professional technician experience
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Quality-focused mindset
• Positive attitude
• Team player
• Reliable work ethic

FORD experience a major plus — but not required for the right technician.
