If you're a skilled tech who's tired of chasing hours or wondering if your bonus is real — we should talk. Farris Motor Company pays flat rate at top-of-market wages for the East Tennessee area, plus a 20% bonus on every Chrysler hour you turn. That bonus is paid on top of your normal flat rate — not a substitute for it.

What you'll earn

• Flat rate pay: top of market for East Tennessee based on experience and certifications $30-$50
• 20% bonus on all Chrysler/CDJR hours turned (stacked on top of your flat rate)
• Consistent, stable workflow.

Your schedule

• 5-day work week
• Service hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Every other Saturday off 

What you'll be doing

• Diagnosing and repairing all makes and models — engine, drivability, electrical, HVAC, brakes, steering/suspension
• Working to factory standards with a team that takes quality seriously
• Writing clear, complete repair orders and staying in communication with your Service Advisor
• Keeping your bay clean and your work right the first time

Who we're looking for

• Proven tech with real diagnostic ability — CDJR/Stellantis experience is a strong plus
• ASE certifications welcomed and rewarded
• Valid driver's license and your own tools
• Someone dependable, punctual, and low-drama — we run a professional shop
