What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Farrell Incorporated?

Our company is a continually growing tax, accounting and payroll practice in the Brown County Area. We are seeking professional self-motivated individuals to join our team of experienced tax preparers, accounting, payroll and office assistant positions for our upcoming tax season.

Office Assistant

  • Perform clerical duties, answer phones, make appointments, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy and running smoothly.
  • Assist in everyday meetings and luncheons.
  • Must have excellent communication skills to provide quality customer service and enjoy interacting with clients and team members.
  • Ability to multi-task with Fast-Paced environment and handling incoming and outgoing client documents.
  • Flexible working hours with heavier hours during tax season.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel and scheduling appointments and updating schedules.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
