Our company is a continually growing tax, accounting and payroll practice in the Brown County Area. We are seeking professional self-motivated individuals to join our team of experienced tax preparers, accounting, payroll and office assistant positions for our upcoming tax season.
Office Assistant
- Perform clerical duties, answer phones, make appointments, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy and running smoothly.
- Assist in everyday meetings and luncheons.
- Must have excellent communication skills to provide quality customer service and enjoy interacting with clients and team members.
- Ability to multi-task with Fast-Paced environment and handling incoming and outgoing client documents.
- Flexible working hours with heavier hours during tax season.
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel and scheduling appointments and updating schedules.
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
