We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant food service team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately with cash handling skills, and provide correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food preparation when needed
- Support opening and closing duties such as setting up stations, restocking supplies, and cleaning work areas according to health regulations
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality guest service
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and teamwork
- Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar booking platforms is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
