Farmward Cooperative is seeking candidates interested in joining our Seasonal Harvest Team.
We are looking for Seasonal Custom Applicators to operate equipment including Teragators, Rogators, and 4-wheel-drive tractors for the application of crop nutrient products to our customers' fields.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate application equipment, including Teragators, Rogators, and 4-wheel-drive tractors.
- Apply crop nutrient products accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Complete application records and required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with agronomy staff and customers.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing Farmward Cooperative.
