OB SUMMARY: Provides a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism. Processes orders for material or merchandise received by telephone, email and fax. Demonstrating drive and enthusiasm while handling customer orders, questions, and complaints and billing inquiries.
