Enjoy your weekends off while maintaining a steady weekday routine.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:As an Auto Service Writer, your day will begin by checking in customer vehicles for service and repairs. Once technicians diagnose any issues, you will communicate those findings to the customer, write up estimates, and explain recommended services. You'll help sell the needed work in a clear and professional manner. Throughout the day, you'll source necessary parts using a variety of resources and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through messaging. When repairs are completed, you will handle payments and ensure a smooth vehicle pick-up experience.
