Farmington Montessori Children's Room is looking for a long term teacher who is passionate about working with pre-school aged students . Must have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience working with young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children's growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher in the preparation, maintenance, and cleaning of the classroom environment.
- Monitor the children to ensure their safety and happiness.
- Manage the classroom when required.
- Actively supervise children at mealtimes, nap, dismissal, after-school care, outside time/recess, etc.
- Practice flexibility and willingness to adapt to ever-changing situations.
· Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
· Previous experience working in a preschool or early childhood education setting is advantageous.
- Pay will be determined according to experience and qualifications.
Pay: From $17.25 per hour
