How You'll Contribute:
- Manage all financial reporting, systems and processes including GL, AR, Inventory, AP, and Payroll.
- Manage all net margin and key results reporting and write MDA for BOD each period.
- Work with the senior management team to evaluate and drive business strategies.
- Work with various vendors to maintain accounting, operations, security, and internal control systems and continue to improve IT systems.
- Work with outside legal counsel as necessary to manage and support human resources and/or UFCW matters.
- Manage insurance/risk, payroll, and benefits including 401K and profit sharing.
- Ensure that inventory is accurate and costing is correct.
- Manage office equipment purchases and leases.
- Evaluate and assist with negotiations on vendor contracts and agreements.
About YOU!
- B.S. in accounting, finance, economics, or related.
- 5 years of accounting experience including supervisory experience.
- ERP experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Competitive salary $145,000 - $165,000 based on experience, including but not limited to specialty skills, prior relevant industry experience, relevant degrees or certifications. We also provide profit sharing, bonus, and benefits (health, life, wellness, disability, and 401(k)).
