- Must be 18 years old or older
- Understand the rules of volleyball
- Demonstrate proficiency in teaching volleyball skills and drills
- Be in good health and be physically fit to perform all duties
- Possess leadership qualities and good public relation skills
- Responsible for effective instruction and the safety of students during practices and matches.
- Enforce all District and program policies, rules and regulations
- Ensure proper care, use, and storage of equipment used during the season
- Report any unsafe conditions (including damage or malfunction of equipment) to the Middle School Sports Coordinator
- Keep accurate daily attendance records
- Performs other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
REPORTS TO: Middle School Sports Coordinator
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 24 contact days between Aug 24 and Oct 12, 2026.
Variable hours as determined by the Middle School Sports Coordinator
Practices are typically from 4:00-5:30.
Matches typically start between 4:15 and 4:30 and end between 6:30 and 6:45.
JOB SUMMARY: Instruct and supervise middle school students during practices and at home and away matches.
