Perform all duties involved in coaching, including organizing practices and coaching games.

Nominal Stipend:
The district will pay the coach a fixed stipend as delineated in the Tiger Athletic, Arts, and Activities (TAAA) matrix, Column G
The stipend amount is considered a "nominal stipend". The amount of the stipend will not change based on the number of daily hours that are devoted to coaching/advisor duties or the team's level of success. If team enrollment is not met, the district may make staffing reductions that reflect program level offerings within the first two weeks of the program. Any service provided during this two week timeframe will be paid on a weekly pro-rated basis. In addition, if the selected candidate is unable to fulfill coaching/advising duties for five or more days, the stipend paid will be pro-rated.
