MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must hold a current license to practice Dental Hygiene in NYS, along with current certification in local infiltration anesthesia/nitrous oxide analgesia.
- Significant progress towards obtaining a master's degree in dental hygiene or a related discipline. Master's degree must be completed within two years of hire.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers.
- Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of five years clinical practice experience.
- Current membership in the American Dental Hygienists' Association.
- Previous clinical or didactic teaching experience in dental hygiene.
- Previous laboratory or didactic teaching in radiology
