Farmersville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant. Our facility focuses on a resident-first care culture. Floor staff build long-term relationships with residents due to our stable, small-scale clinical environment.
Aides and nurses work closely alongside leadership daily. Communication remains direct and consistent throughout every shift change. We maintain a professional environment centered on patient dignity and accountability.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $18/hr
- Schedule: 12-Hr day shifts and night shifts available. Schedules are on rotation to provide every other weekend off.

Responsibilities
- Answer resident call lights promptly.
- Assist residents with daily bathing, dressing, and grooming needs.
- Turn and position immobile residents to prevent skin breakdown.
- Document care activities accurately in the electronic charting system.
- Maintain clean, organized resident care areas.
- Report vital signs and status changes to the charge nurse.

Qualifications
- Active Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
