What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Support Specialist position at Farmers National Bank?
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the organization of and communication of shareholder-related functions and spearheading senior level reporting and research. Performs tasks in support of the executive officers of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Provides administrative support to executive staff.
2. Coordinates with executive staff and other managers to prepare presentations for bank projects and meetings.
3. Oversees coordination of Bank board committees and associated meetings.
4. Responsible for the organization of, and communication about, all shareholder-related functions.
5. Oversees numerous report-related assignments, including production and compilation.
6. Assists in coordinating and tracking changes to the Bank’s policies.
7. Maintains a master schedule of bank insurance policies.
8. Assists with and coordinates client outings as needed.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
2. Performs job duties in compliance with all laws and regulations to include the Bank Secrecy Act.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to speak English and hear. The employee spends 95% of the day sitting at a desk. Occasionally, the employee will stand and walk (5%) of the day.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
2. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Ability to take concepts and ideas and create a polished finished product.
5. Ability to deal with confidential matters.
6. Significant amount of experience with Office 365, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Additional hours as needed.
Salary : $38,332 - $60,000
