Requirements
- Valid Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident license in the state of Missouri (or a willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve production goals and expand the agency's book of business.
- Present and explain insurance products such as property, casualty, life, health, or commercial lines in a clear, professional manner.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and coverage comparisons tailored to client needs and budgets.
- Close sales by guiding clients through the application, underwriting, and policy-binding process.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
- Conduct periodic policy reviews and provide recommendations for coverage updates.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, policy changes, and service requests.
Compliance & Documentation
