Responsibilities:
- Set and exceed goals and expectations
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Generate potential leads for future sales
- Track and report sales in an organized manner
- Hire staff members
- Develop and manage a team of sales people
- Communicate effectively with other members of your staff
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales or management experience preferred but not required
- Honesty and Integrity
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
