Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements:
- Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully-paid by Farmers)
- Proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and community engagement
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
- Follow up on leads quickly and consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Prepare quotes, present solutions, and close sales to meet production goals
