Responsibilities
Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and general service needs
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients
Help clients understand their insurance coverage and options
Maintain organized client records and follow agency procedures
Work closely with the agency team to ensure clients receive the best experience possible
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with computers and basic office software
Ability to learn new systems and processes
Must be dependable and able to work well in a team environment
Willingness to obtain an insurance license (training and support provided)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Salary : $19 - $25
