Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events, to identify insurance needs and present suitable options.
• Conduct thorough analysis of client information to recommend personalized insurance policies that align with their financial goals.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as maintaining accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and follow-up activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, explaining policy benefits clearly, and guiding them through the application process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
• Proficiency in sales administration tools and analysis skills to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques to promote insurance products effectively.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations related to sensitive information handling is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
