We are seeking a Licensed Sales Producer for a full-time, on-site position located in Long Lake, MN. This role involves selling insurance products, generating new client leads, and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals. Additionally, you will educate clients about products and services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and building long-term customer satisfaction.
- Experience in Insurance and a valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Proven Sales experience with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
