Role Description
The Agency Owner is a full-time on-site with Farmers Insurance in the Rappa District. The Agency Owner will be responsible for recruiting and developing individuals to operate insurance agencies, facilitating sales growth, nurturing agency development, and supporting district-wide business goals. Additional tasks include implementing effective business strategies, establishing a local community presence, and achieving business results by fostering productive relationships across various business functions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Property & Casualty or Financial Services sales, driving business outcomes
- Over 5 years of effective leadership experience, including recruiting and nurturing sales professionals or business proprietors
- Strong business acumen and the ability to devise and implement effective business strategies
- History of establishing a local presence in their community and achieving business results
- Ability to assess market conditions, trends, and indicators
- Knowledge of contracts and related compliance experience
- Satisfactory results on a background check
- Attainment of Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses
