As a Farmers Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll help clients protect what matters most—while building a rewarding career with uncapped commission, growth opportunities, and a supportive team behind you.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and in-person networking

• Educate clients on insurance options and tailor policies to meet their needs

• Build long-term relationships based on trust, service, and expert advice

• Meet and exceed sales goals with a competitive, go-getter attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter with strong communication and people skills

• Motivated by challenges, goals, and income potential

• Sales experience is a plus—but drive and coachability are more important

• Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses (we’ll help the right candidate!)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
