The Farmers Insurance - Team North Star District Office in Edina, MN, supports 35 agencies across the Minneapolis-St. Paul Metro. We're looking for motivated sales professionals who are ready to leverage their outbound sales experience and strong work ethic to build a rewarding career as an insurance agent.

Responsibilities
- Drive new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and more.
- Consistently meet and exceed production and sales goals
- Generate and qualify leads, follow up, and close business
- Build strong customer relationships to increase retention and referrals
- Prepare and present new business sales quotes
Qualifications
- Outbound sales experience is preferred (phone-based sales highly recommended)
- Highly driven, motivated, and competitive
- Strong goal orientation with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Resilient with the ability to handle rejection
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to obtain insurance licenses (we cover the licensure courses – Property, Casualty, Life, and Health)
