Key Responsibilities

• Make 50-80 outbound calls daily to leads and prospects
• Consistently exceed production and sales goals
• Generate, follow-up on, and close new business opportunities
• Build relationships with customers for long-term success
• Present insurance solutions customized to customer needs
• Open new household accounts

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and drive to achieve results
• Goal-orientated with the ability to self-manage
• Resilient, competitive, and motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Insurance license NOT required upfront (all licensure courses and training paid for)
