We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our daily office operations. This role focuses on managing office alerts, assisting customers, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to office alerts in a timely manner
- Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, or in person
- Assist with daily office tasks and administrative duties
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support team members with general operational needs
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, office software)
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual (Spanish)
Be able to obtain or possess a Property and Casualty within 90 days of hire
Driven and goal-oriented individual/ Self-Starter
Prior Insurance Experience is a PLUS!
