Licensed Sales Producer- Property& Casualty, Life & Health

What You'll Do

• Generate new personal and commercial insurance business
• Cross-sell
• Build relationships through referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
• Maintain a high level of customer service and client retention
• Develop referral partnerships within the community
• Achieve monthly sales and production goals
• Work incoming leads

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Property & Casualty License
• Active Arizona Life & Health License
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems

Compensation:

$2,500 monthly pay (gross)

Paid bi-monthly (1st and 15th per each month)

Commission

80% commission on new business premium after monthly $25,000 requirement

i.e., 10% of each plan premium

Exception is Life Insurance plans which is 55% of annual premium (50 producer / 50 agency split)

Policy cancellations charge backs are prorated based on the time of cancellation

Performance

Minimum Premium of $25,000 per month Property & Casualty (outside Life/Health Insurance)

As a condition of pre-employment, you will be required to pass a criminal background check in accordance with Farmers Insurance guidelines.
