Duties

- Maintain accurate sales administration records and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for insurance offerings.
- Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations (including HIPAA), and competitor offerings.
- Leverage bilingual or multilingual skills to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
Experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, including analysis skills and negotiation strategies.
- Experience in customer service roles that require attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of telemarketing practices is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
