We are seeking 1-2 motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Marketers at our Farmers Insurance office. This is an exciting opportunity for self-driven professionals looking to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry.
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Insurance Marketer to join our growing team, no license required. This is an entry-level position focused on outbound calling, lead nurturing, and transferring warm prospects to our licensed sales team to close.
No insurance license is required for this role. You’ll focus strictly on marketing, outreach, and transferring interested prospects—not selling policies.

Responsibilities
- Call through agency-provided leads (no cold prospecting required)
- Engage prospects using a friendly conversational approach
- Identify needs and interest level
- Transfer qualified prospects to our licensed sales team for quoting
- Track activity and follow workflows inside our CRM
- Meet daily and weekly productivity goals
- Contribute to a positive, fast-paced, growth-minded team environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone
- Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented
- Ability to follow processes
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Reliability and consistency are a must
- Experience in call centers, customer service, or sales is welcomed and will be rewarded
- No insurance license required
