Requirements

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential leads.
- Set appointments for licensed insurance agents with qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update CRM software with accurate customer information.
- Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally and with persistence.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
