Compensation & Schedule
- $17–$22 per hour (depending on experience) monthly/quarterly performance bonuses
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Licensing support for additional lines (must already have CA P&C)

What You’ll Do
- Answer client calls/emails with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, ID card requests, billing questions, and service tasks
- Handle endorsements, renewals, cancellations/reinstatements per carrier guidelines
- Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and documents in our CRM/AMS
- Ensure compliance with Farmers and CA regulations; follow agency procedures
- Manage inbound/outbound calls and timely follow-ups
- Educate clients on coverages, discounts, and account changes; identify referral opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- California Property & Casualty license (required)
- 1 year in customer service or admin (insurance/agency experience a plus)
- Clear communicator, organized, and comfortable multitasking
- Proficient with computers/CRM; accurate, fast data entry
- Positive, dependable, eager to learn
