Agent Trainee - Licensed Insurance Agent

As an Agent Trainee, you will work closely with agency leadership and gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and business development—all while contributing to the agency's long-term success.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Insurance licensing (Property & Casualty) preferred, or willingness to complete required licensing
• (Licensing support is available; required licenses must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales
• Self-driven, goal-focused, and motivated to succeed
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks, leads, and follow-ups efficiently

• Generate new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, networking, and marketing activities
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Offer and promote personal lines products, including Auto, Home, and Life
• Maintain an active pipeline and follow up consistently with potential clients
• Work toward monthly performance benchmarks related to premium, policy count, and Life products
• Provide high-quality service to build and maintain long-term client relationships
