About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer focused Insurance Producer to join our growing Farmers Insurance Agency team. As a Producer, you’ll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most while building a successful career in the insurance industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed insurance professional who thrives in a fast paced, relationship driven environment. This is a fully remote, full time position where you will be selling Farmers Insurance products while working from home with access to reliable internet and a professional remote workspace.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Educate clients on insurance options and help them select coverage that meets their needs.
Cross sell and upsell products to maximize client value.
Process quotes, applications, and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals.
Maintain consistent communication with clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Qualifications
Must have an active California Insurance License in Personal Lines or Life and Health Insurance (required).
Must be bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese required) (Fluent in English not necessary).
Must have reliable internet access and the ability to work remotely.
Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self motivated, goal oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
