Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using Microsoft Office tools and internal systems
- Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail to maintain up-to-date customer records
- Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and accuracy
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-up or promotional purposes as needed
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and streamline processes
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support, call center roles, or client services preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and cash handling is desirable
- Prior outbound calling or sales experience is advantageous
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus
