Position Overview
The Agency Producer is responsible for generating newbusiness through prospecting, networking, and referrals while maintainingstrong relationships with existing clients. This position offers aperformance-driven compensation structure and a clear path for advancement intoprograms such as Associate Agent, Protege, Business Insurance Agent, or AgencyOwnership.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend insurance solutions tailored to their needs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support retention and cross-selling opportunities
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and renewals in a timely and professional manner
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals
- Support agency marketing and local outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
