Agents are reimbursed $10,000 of office startup expenses and can receive a $300 a month marketing bonus. Agents additional receive monthly and annual bonuses on premium written across Personal lines, Commercial lines and Life for three consecutive years, starting at 300% monthly and 60% annually. The bonuses are in addition to new business commissions.

Requirements
What You'll Need

- Ability to obtain Pennsylvania Property & Casualty & Life & Health insurance licenses (required)
- 3 years of Insurance Sales experience (preferred, not required)
