Core Responsibilities:
- Service existing client accounts (auto, home, umbrella, specialty lines)
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and billing support
- Handle inbound service calls with professionalism and urgency
- Review coverage and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation in agency systems
- Support retention and client experience initiatives
