Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events
- Promote insurance products and services effectively
- Support sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining documentation
- Participate in telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and set appointments for future consultations
- Develop negotiation skills by discussing policy options and pricing with clients to close sales effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Licensed in Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health in the State of Georgia
- Resident of Georgia
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
- Demonstrated interest or experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing environments
- Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ability to handle sales administration tasks accurately and efficiently
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward helping clients achieve their goals
