Responsibilities
- Assist experienced agents in delivering outstanding service.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with agents to perform comprehensive policy reviews.
- Identify opportunities to enhance coverage.
- Participate in educating clients about available insurance options and their benefits.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Actively engage in training sessions and workshops.
- Enhance insurance knowledge and sales skills.
- Georgia Property & Casualty License preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
