The Project Coordinator will work closely with the District Manager, Business Consultants, and district support team to help manage projects, coordinate initiatives, and support operational efficiency.You will assist in developing trackers, rolling out promotions and training materials, improving tech workflows, preparing district communications, and supporting project timelines. This is a key support role that ensures district programs and initiatives run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and support district-wide projects, programs, promotions, and initiatives.Build and maintain trackers, spreadsheets, dashboards, and process tools.Assist with planning and execution of district promotions, training sessions, workshops, and events.Prepare district communications, slides, agendas, flyers, and documentation.Monitor project timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure tasks stay on schedule.Improve workflows and assist with system tools and technology to enhance district efficiency.Maintain organized project files, calendars, and resource libraries.Support the District Manager as a reliable, detail-oriented project partner.Required1–3 years of project coordination, operations, administrative, or office management experienceStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem solving abilitiesAbility to build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and simple dashboardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong follow-through and attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a fast-moving environmentPreferredExperience in insurance, financial services, corporate operations, or agency supportFamiliarity with Google Suite, Canva, or CRM/project toolsComfort with creating digital workflows or process improvementsCompany DescriptionAt our District Office, we do more than support our agency owners — we empower entrepreneurs to build thriving businesses.
