You will be responsible for sales and managing customer relationships. Your ability to build rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your customers to understand their business and personal needs to offer valuable options. You will also be responsible for following up with customers to help ensure satisfaction.
If you have proven experience as a Insurance Sales Producer, we want to hear from you. Farmers experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
We Provide Leads.
- Make outbound calls on provided leads.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Minimum Required
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines License
- Be open to obtaining a Life and Health license
- Prior Insurance Sales Experience.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Strong, Verifiable, Track Record of success (Be prepared to discuss your numbers: Calls a day and close ratio)
