- Demonstrated success driving business results (insurance or non-insurance backgrounds considered)
- A strong track record in external sales, leadership, business ownership, or management
- Entrepreneurial traits, including time and income ownership
- A passion for networking, relationship building, and customer retention
- The financial ability to start, scale, and sustain a business
- The organizational skills to operate and assume the risks of business ownership
- A desire and capacity to build, lead, and serve a team as a servant leader
Requirements & The Path To Ownership
- Satisfactory background check
- Attainment of Texas General Lines Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses
- Support available for Series 6, 63, SIE, Series 7, and more (not required)
- Access to a dynamic Medicare desk and support for AHIP certification
- Access to $100,000 in startup capital
- Farmers does not charge startup fees and is not a franchise
- Access to $500,000 in capital for qualified candidates
