Key Responsibilities
- Participate in intensive training covering insurance products, sales techniques, and agency management
- Develop relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Work closely with District leadership to build your book of business and achieve sales goals
- Engage in ongoing coaching and development to refine your sales and leadership skills
- Contribute to the growth and success of your assigned agency or territory
- Motivated self-starter with strong desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license (training and study materials provided)
- Commitment to providing exemplary customer service
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to pass company background and compliance checks
