Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to conducting interviews
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and industry events
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
