Job Overview
As a Sales Representative at Farmers Insurance, you will assist clients in selecting insurance policies that best meet their needs as well as generating leads, networking, and establishing long-term client relationships.
You will be providing Property, Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance to current and prospective clients. You will build and maintain strong client relations to ensure client satisfaction.
Duties
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Communicate with potential clients through warm calling and telemarketing techniques
- Utilize strong sales skills to pitch products or services and negotiate deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Property and Casualty License as well as Life and Heath License, are required. If you are not already licensed, we will pay the licensing fees.
Base salary plus commissions.
