Responsibilities

• Engage in outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ insurance needs to recommend suitable policies that align with their financial goals.
• Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and secure the best possible deals.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on client inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining policy details clearly, answering questions, and assisting clients throughout the buying process.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products through various channels, including bilingual outreach when applicable.
• Assist clients with benefits administration related to their policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive health information.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases.
