• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations and company policies
• Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and handle shift management responsibilities to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Implement food production processes for catering, banquets, or special events as needed to support diverse customer needs

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
• Excellent inventory control skills with a focus on minimizing waste and managing food costs effectively
• Demonstrated leadership in supervising staff, conducting interviews, training team members, and fostering a positive work environment
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and health regulations in the food industry
• Experience managing shift schedules, budgeting, and overall restaurant or hospitality management responsibilities
