• Upsell products by suggesting complementary items to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the deli area, including food preparation surfaces, display cases, and utensils in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
• Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure all food items are properly labeled with accurate pricing.
• Support food safety protocols by adhering to proper food handling procedures and managing inventory rotation to minimize waste.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafés is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to communicate clearly.
