Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Qualifications:



• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset

• Sales, customer service, or business experience preferred, but not required. We will train!

• Ability to obtain required insurance licenses. We will help you get these!

• Entrepreneurial spirit and desire for long-term career growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow a personal book of business

• Sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Meet and exceed sales and performance goals
